Dear reader,

After having read other articles on this site, you might feel overwhelmed with all the information, the tools and methods I describe to you. Fear not, I am here to save you in multiple ways.

First thing I need to say to you is this: I am not only here to write articles, I am here to help. From a small tip or detail to setting up your website and everything else you need, I am here for you.

Second is slightly different. It is a matter of understanding. What do I mean? Well, look at the title of the article. Now imagine Joe. Joe is an average guy with an average job. He comes home at 6pm, grabs a beer and a meal and watches TV until he falls asleep. Why? Well, Joe always wanted to start his own business. But all the knowledge, the equipment and all the skills he thought he needed to get started scared him off. He felt he had not enough inside knowledge about websites, ecommerce, sales and customer relations.

What do you think about Joe? A winner? Clearly not. But, no loser either. Joe didn’t know. It wasn’t his fault completely. Joe never looked any further.

“So what’s your message here”, I can hear you asking. Here it comes. Let’s say Joe setup a small website with 5 articles he is passionate about and sells. With minimal tools, Joe is able to make sales, help customers and answer questions. He can do it all - in the evenings after he came home from work. Why? Well, if you have a small catalogue of products, you only need a few things:

• A simple website with pictures, descriptions and prices of your products
• An email address that is clearly visible on the site or a contact form
• A cellphone (can be a pay-as-you-go)

Is that all you need? Yes. If you advertise clearly on your site that you will take calls between certain hours to prevent your employer from getting annoyed with you.

Joe could become a happy salesman after work, and if he puts in the effort, maybe he could quit his job one day! And isn’t that what we all dream of? Be honost here.
